Building Muscle 101's Video Training Series: Beginner Shoulder Workout Video

Welcome to building muscle 101's video training series.

The following weight training routine is a very basic shoulder routine that will help you establish correct form, technique and improve your balance. This is of utmost importance for the beginner because once you establish the above elements, your body will be more open to strength and muscle gains.

Do this routine once or twice per week. I don't recommend you do it anymore that twice a week, otherwise, you open youself up to overtraining, which beginners are very susceptible to. Also, try and give your body 3 to 4 days of rest before training this body part again. If you do this routine on Monday, don't attempt to do it again until Wednesday or Thursday.

Simply click the play button below to check the video out. Also, if you wish to share this workout with someone you know, simply click the "share" button and send somebody the workout.

Muscle Building Tip!

Here's a quick tip spice up your meals.

Instead of cooking up your chicken or steak in a plain frying pan, try adding 1/2 cup low sodium chicken or beef broth.

Add some spices and cover to cook. The meat will be retain the juices and will be much tastier.
