Beginner Chest Workout Video

Welcome to building muscle 101's video training series.

The following video workout is designed as a beginner chest workout routine. This beginner weight training routine is designed to help you improve your form and technique and introduce you to some of the popular chest training exercises.

The following program is a low intensity workout designed to focus your attention on building better technique.

You can do this routine once or twice per week. Remember, if you choose to do this routine twice per week, make sure you give your chest at least 4 days of rest in between each workout. That way, the pectoral muscles are fully recovered. For example, if you perform this routine on a Monday, the next time you should be using this routine is on Friday.
