Basic Tuna And Rice Recipe

Its only basic but tastes awsome

Tuna and Rice

- 2 Small Tins of Tuna (I use Greenseas Sweet Thai Chilli)
- 1 Cup of Brown Rice

Boil the rice, when done (30 mins later) add tins of tuna, stir and serve

40gms protein
70gms Carbs
EFAs and ROUGHLY 2gms of fat
