This is a pretty simple recipe but it has all the things you need to grow, bananas and pineapple.

10 tablespoons pineapple juice
5 tablespoons of all natural yogurt
For an extra protein boost, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Simply blend the ingredients in a blender and you got yourself a great tasting smoothie. .
