NX Care Anavol
$55 at gnc with gold card.
What I liked most about Anavol was that I gained 30-40 more pounds on my bench press when taking it.
What I disliked about the supplement was losing 5-10 pounds of my bench press after I stopped taking it.
This product works fast and is very easy to take. Comes in 102 to 180 capsule bottles.
I would have to give this product a 4 out of 5

Anavol is made by a company called NxCare (NxLabs) that operates out of Wilmington, Delaware. This particular formula is a bit outdated. The new formula is called Anavol Hardcore.
According to the label (For this Anavol review), each 3 capsule serving contains 2.6 grams of the following ingredients:
Basically, your getting 2.6 grams of creatine, glutamine, and citrulline. The cost for a 180 capsule bottle is about $38.00. Each capsule will cost you $.21 and a 3 capsule serving will cost $.63 USD. Here's what you are paying. $.63 for a 2.6 gram serving of creatine, arginine, and citrulline. Is it cost effective? I don't think so. First of all, 2.6 grams of combined "active" ingredients isn't a lot. I would personally need, at least, two servings in one sitting. This doubles the price and cuts the servings in half. Since there are 60 servings per container, a two serving sitting, would bring this down to 30 servings per container. The price would jump to $1.26 USD per serving for 5.2 grams of combined, active ingredients.
This is not cost effeicent for the active ingredients. Let's compare this to a similar pre workout supplement like Dymatize Xpand. A 1 scoop serving of Xpand contains (active ingredients):
The price for a 30 day supply of Dymatize Xpand is $30.00 USD. The cost per serving is $1.00 USD. As you can see, this is a much more balanced and realistic serving size. A much more cost effective way of getting enough creatine and arginine into your system.
