Allsports L-Carnitine Supplement Review

all sports l-carnitine

L-Carnitine made by "allsports uk". I paid about £14.30

Carnitine is a product that comes in the form of easy to take pills once per day. Carnitine is a natural source that is found in blood, it can increase metabilism by 50% and since I've been taking carnitine, I've noticed a massive decrease in body fat and I have toned up alot more and faster.

Is a must to have and an additive for the gym user that wants a sleek and ripped body.

If I had to give a rating out of 5, I'd give this supplement a 5

L-Carnitine is a very popular fat burning supplement and is an ingredient you will find in most fat burning formulas. Carnitine is basically a compound formed from the amino acids lysine and methionine. However, vitamin C is needed for the synthesis of Canitine.

In theory, L-Carnitine is thought to help convert fatty acids to energy.

L-Carnitine supplements are used to help convert fat into energy. However, there has been no conclusive evidence that proves that L-Carnitine helps with fat loss or weight loss. Although there have been studies that show how supplementing with L-Carnitine can improve energy metabolism in Elderly patients (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Vol. 86, No. 6, 1738-1744, December 2007).

Personally, improved energy conversion means more calories (sources from a variety of foods), are burned. If improved energy metabolism occurs with regular L-Carnitine supplementation, there may be a correlation between the two. Can it be that L-Carnitine uses fatty acids for energy in the body? Well, supplement companies seem to think so and they market this as such. However, I'm not convinced it does but I think more studies need to be done on this supplement for more conclusive evidence.

Allsports L-Caritine comes in two sizes, 30, 100 milligram tablet container or 60, 500 milligram container. The 30 tablet container costs £5.77 and the 60 tablet container costs £15.67.

30 tablet container:

- Each tablet costs £.19

60 tablet container:

- Each tablet costs £.26

The 60 tablet container costs more per tablet but you are getting 5X as much ingredient in one tablet as you are with the 30 tablet container. If you are going to buy AllSports L-Carnitine, you are much better off to go with the 60 tablet, 500 milligram size because it is much more cost effective.
